Will Tompkins has sold real estate in the Peoria area since 2006 and co-owns The Home Connection with his wife, Hannah. The team has served buyers and sellers across Peoria, Tazewell, and Woodford counties since 2022, and it helped clients buy and sell 245 homes last year. Will grew up in Indiana and has called Peoria home since 2000.

Today Will focuses on listings and on coaching the team's agents. He holds the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, and clients know him for direct, honest communication. That way they always know where they stand, from pricing the home to closing day. He is also a real estate investor, so he understands a property from both the seller's and the investor's side.

Will served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Gulf War. He and Hannah are raising five daughters between them, and on a free weekend you'll probably find Will out on his motorcycle.
